Art and coaching — a perfect union

It may sound cliché, but the answers to all our questions are within us. The most valuable skill is to be able to reach for them, examine them, and start acting.

Sometimes, on the path to answers and resources, resistance and fear arise. Throughout our lives we build our own fortress — layering past experience, beliefs, and attitudes brick by brick — so solidly that we can no longer step beyond it.

In such moments, working with the unconscious helps — through metaphors, analogies, symbols, colors, and materials. Creativity frees us, reduces control, and dissolves boundaries. Play, curiosity, and courage enter.

If we allow even one wall to fall, we can glimpse a boundless, friendly world.

ART COACHING is about expanding boundaries and taking action. About brave exploration, creative search, and decisions aimed at what you truly desire. About self-belief and the ability to rely on your own resources.

Note: an art coaching session does not solve psychological problems or treat medical conditions. Coaching works in the present and is oriented toward the future.

Therapy with Nature

I'd like to highlight eco-art-therapy. The method is based on contact with nature and uses natural materials and themes from the natural world.

It helps restore a healthy sense of self, reduces stress, and brings a feeling of comfort and safety, reminding you of your own resources.

You can create eco-mandalas and installations from natural materials, self-portraits, talismans, and stories based on found objects.
